Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

- Perform MIG , SMAW and FCAW welding on diverse metal materials following detailed blueprints and schematics.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately assemble components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to shape and join metal parts.
- Conduct rigging operations to lift and position heavy materials safely using cranes or forklifts.
- Measure dimensions precisely with calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain safety standards by inspecting welds, verifying structural integrity, and adhering to manufacturing protocols.
- Assist with machining operations and assembly of fabricated parts as needed for project completion.




- Assist with equipment erection and commissioning on site.

Requirements

- Proven experience in welding techniques such as MIG , SMAW and FCAW welding within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery including press brake machines, plasma cutters, cranes, forklifts, and schematics reading.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for precise measurements and fabrication tasks.
- Familiarity with fabrication, assembly processes, and construction experience is highly desirable.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, schematics interpretation, and blueprint reading.
- Knowledge of rigging procedures for lifting heavy components safely with cranes or forklifts.
- Solid attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately while maintaining safety standards.

Pay: $19.00-$28.50 per hour

- cwb certification (preferred)
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
- Confined Space Certification (preferred)
