Position Overview

Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring a part-time Graphic Designer to support the day-to-day creative needs of our growing retail and eCommerce business.

Working under the creative direction of our Creative Director, the Graphic Designer will create and adapt visual assets for social media, digital marketing, eCommerce, retail locations, events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

This is a hands-on, production-focused role suited to a designer with strong fundamentals who is looking to build their experience in a quick-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Create digital and print graphics based on established creative direction and brand standards

· Design social media graphics, promotional materials, digital ads, and campaign assets

· Create website, Shopify, email marketing, and product-launch graphics

· Develop retail materials including signage, posters, price cards, and promotional displays

· Create graphics and signage for events, trade shows, and store activations

· Adapt and resize existing creative for different platforms, placements, and formats

· Create thumbnails and supporting graphics for video, live shopping, podcast, and other digital content

· Prepare artwork for print and production

· Make revisions based on creative and marketing feedback

· Maintain organized design files, templates, and creative assets





· Work collaboratively with the Creative Director, Marketing team, and other departments as required

Qualifications

· Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or a related field

· 1–2 years of graphic design experience preferred; strong recent graduates with a qualified portfolio will also be considered

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator

· InDesign experience is an asset

· Experience with CapCut or similar video-editing software is an asset

· Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy

· Ability to follow established brand standards and creative direction

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions

· Able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with digital, social media, and/or print design is an asset

· Familiarity with sports, trading cards, collectibles, or hobby culture is an asset but not required

A portfolio of design work is required as part of the application process.

Work Structure

This is a part-time, on-site position based at Mintink's Vaughan location.
