What You'll Do Every Day





Drive Prospecting & Pipeline Calls: Make outbound prospecting calls daily, work hot leads, and reach out to past clients to unlock new sales opportunities and keep your pipeline full!
Relentless Customer Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects and recent buyers via phone, text, and email to answer questions, schedule test drives, and build long-term relationships.
Match Buyers with Dream Rides: Connect with Kingston customers, listen to their needs, and present options from over 400 pre-owned cars, trucks, and SUVs plus brand-new CDJR/FIAT inventory!
Deliver Pure Excitement: Turn every vehicle handover into an exciting, high-energy event for your customers!
Master Your Craft: Complete full factory training on towing specs, hybrid tech, performance packages, and pre-owned vehicle features!
Build Your Client Empire: Utilize Activix CRM daily to manage communication, track prospect activity, and generate repeat referral business!

What We Are Looking For

OMVIC License: Active OMVIC license required upon hire.
Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Growth Mindset: Entry-level candidates welcome! If you are coachable, energetic, and eager to learn, we want you!
Phone & Communication Hustle: Comfortable picking up the phone,



making outbound calls, and engaging prospects daily.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using up-to-date software (experience with Activix CRM, PBS, vAuto, or 1-80 CRM is a total plus!).
High Energy: Positive, outgoing personality with active listening skills and a competitive spirit!

Compensation

$70,000 - $115,000+ annually

Draw against commission
Uncapped earning potential

Full-time
5-day work week
Saturdays required
Closed Sundays
