Who are we looking for:
An ambitious and organized leader. We are looking for a team member who views the warehouse as their personal responsibility and holds their work to a high standard. The warehouse supervisor needs to be comfortable leading a team, capable of diagnosing problems, and generating solutions. This team member must have the capacity to quickly learn to apply concepts and information that is critical; our inventory is unique to our industry and our processes are rapidly improving. The ideal candidate would be able to accomplish all of this while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and positivity.
Objectives:
- Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and training team members and establishing, monitoring, and meeting operational goals
- Review and prepare space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary.
YOUR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a clean and secure working environment
- Complete warehouse operation requirements by assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Troubleshoot operational problems to improve efficiency and quality
- Oversee shipping, receiving, storage and maintenance of equipment
- Lead a team of warehouse technicians and prioritize orders to be prepared/checked-in and set deadlines to complete.
- Constantly adjust the workload according to priorities, last minute requests or unforeseen situations
- Implementing operational policies & procedures
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
- Communicating when items are missing from orders
- Execute equipment turnover between shows during/outside of regular business hours
- Checking that orders are properly packed, labeled and ready for pick up on time
- Ensuring timely inputting of receivables into inventory
- Leading loading & unloading trucks
- Leading inventory tracking and management
- Oversee Equipment maintenance: testing, reporting, & repairing defective equipment
- Tracking consumables inventory
- Monitoring warehouse supplies and ensuring all workstations are well-maintained
- General warehouse upkeep & organization
- Build and maintain a positive team-oriented environment amongst warehouse personnel
- Act as an ambassador for the company’s high standards and

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Be respectful, punctual, & reliable
- Minimum two years AV experience
- Comprehension of AV equipment.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Follow company policies, procedures, and processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Not mandatory to apply
- Experience operating a reach style forklift is a bonus but not a requirement..
- Valid “G” Ontario Driver’s License & a clean record
Please note: Sometimes, this position requires a flexible work schedule; sometimes you may be asked to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
