Housekeeping Attendant| Full-time & Part-Time

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail, a solid work ethic with the ability to relate well with people which includes direct involvement with hotel staff and guests, good English communication skills and customer service.

This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule-day shift only, which includes weekdays,weekends and some holidays.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to guest needs.
- Clean guest rooms following the Housekeeping Guidelines within work day while maintaining established standards.
- Inspect room for maintenance needs and report on maintenance service requests.
- Perform daily general clean duties and changing of bedspreads,



blankets, linens, mattress pads and shower curtains as assigned.
- Log rooms cleaned on daily housekeeping report.
- Clean, organize, and restock housekeeping cart at the end of the day.
- Maintain cart, linen room, and vacuum cleaner cleanliness. Turn in key and room status report to Guest Room Supervisor or Front Desk.
- Occasional operation and folding of laundry.
- Must wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the Standards of Appearance.
- Practice safety standards at all times.-Perform other duties as assigned, of which the employee is capable.

Qualifications & Experience

- Individuals must be able to clean Guest Rooms to Hotel Standards.
- Responsible for the cleanliness, arrangement and supply of all Guest rooms in an assigned section.
- Previous Housekeeping experience would be an asset.
- This position requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
- You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
