Duties:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread and pastries goods.
- Follow recipes and ensure that all baked goods meet quality standards
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or food preparation workplace is an asset
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment is an asset
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of baking tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
