A well-established law firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Vancouver office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional looking to build on their recruitment experience while gaining exposure to broader HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the recruitment process from job postings through candidate screening, interviews and recommendations
- Draft job postings and coordinate candidate and interview communications
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
- Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment requirements
- Draft and maintain HR processes, procedures and other documentation
- Provide administrative and project support to the HR team as required

Requirements

- Diploma or undergraduate degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources or a related field
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, including screening and interviewing candidates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion and understanding of confidentiality
- Solid technical skills; experience with an HRIS is an asset
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment is an asset




- Interest in developing into a broader HR generalist role

Compensation

Salary: $63,000–$82,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
