What You’ll Do:

- Prepare and cook menu items to Foundry’s quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service.
- Support prep work and assist other cooks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications consistently.
- Communicate with the culinary team to ensure timely service and collaboration.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.





What We’re Looking For:

- Prior line cooking experience preferred, but we’re open to training enthusiastic candidates with a robust work ethic.
- Passion for honest, high-quality food and hospitality.
- Positive, professional attitude and strong teamwork skills.
