We are looking for a full-time experienced dental receptionist to join our busy University area clinic, Smilezone.

Schedule - Weekend coverage required when needed

- Monday 12:30-8:30pm
- Tuesday 7:30-3:30pm
- Wednesday 12:30-8:30pm
- Thursday 7:30-3:30pm
- Friday 7:45am-5:15pm
- Saturday OFF
- Sunday OFF

2 years of dental reception experience is preferred for this position and knowledge of ClearDent is an asset. Hourly wage will be determined based on level of experience.

- Background in Dental Administration and Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Checking patients in for appointments
- Billing patients out,



sending claims to insurance companies and collecting money from patients
- Data captures and chart audits
- Assisting with all daily clinic tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients and addressing any patient concerns etc.
- Ensuring patients are walking in happy and leaving even happier, we want all patients to feel like family
- Highly competent with computers
- Knowledge of Dental insurances is considered an asset
- Knowledge of ClearDent is considered an asset
- All other assigned tasks
