Food and Beverage Server/Bartender

JOB DESCRIPTION

General Information:

· Department: Food & Beverage

· Job Title: Clubhouse/Patio Server, On-course Beverage Cart Server, Halfway House Server,

Bartender

· Reporting to: Food & Beverage Manager

Essential Duties: Table service, drinks service, bartending, event serving and food running

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.

2. Previous service experience is an asset but not a requirement.

3. Ability to accommodate a varied schedule.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and acknowledge members in all areas of the clubhouse
- Deliver friendly and timely service to members
- Solid knowledge of all menu items including food and beverage




- Efficient and accurate use of the POS system
- Opening and closing duties as outlined

Requirements:

- Must be Smart Serve Certified
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Maintain a pleasant, professional, and welcoming demeanor
- Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holiday
- The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Able to lift 40lbs

Gratuities are administered through an hours worked scenario.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
