Full-Time Store Manager – Vault 88

Position: Full-Time Boutique Manager

Schedule: Weekdays + every other weekend. Start Date: As soon as possible

Pay: $24–$26/hour starting, based on experience and skills

Description

Vault 88 is a growing women’s clothing boutique in Falkland, BC, offering a curated selection of clothing, denim, accessories and more- both in-store and online.

Vault 88 is seeking a fashion-forward, highly independent and proactive Operational Lead to oversee day-to-day operations and drive store success.

As operational lead, you will manage the customer experience, streamline boutique logistics and foster an engaging shopping environment.

This role requires strong initiative, exceptional organizational skills and a natural leadership style to manage both physical and online store touchpoints.

Duties

- Operations lead
- In-store management
- Scheduling
- Customer relations
- Buying assist
- Training staff
- Managing stock, inventory & e-commerce
- Managing online orders
- Managing the day-to-day of Vault 88
- Merchandising




- Organizing + delegating
- Ensuring daily checklists are completed
- In-store cleaning and upkeep

Qualifications

- Retail and/or management experience — not necessary but preferred
- Familiarity with basic POS + e-commerce systems — training provided
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-motivated + highly independent
- Exceptional organizational ability
- Strong verbal communication
- Robust problem-solving skills

- Pay is flexible for the right candidate, between $24–$26/hour starting, based on experience and skills
