PREMIUM Mountain Rentals is a locally owned rental shop in the heart of Whistler, built and operated by passionate mountain people. We offer a high-energy, guest-focused rental experience in a fun and relaxed shop environment, complete with great music and an espresso lounge.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable people to join our rental team for the winter and summer seasons.

What You’ll Do

- Fit and set up ski, snowboard, and bike rental equipment
- Help guests select the right equipment for their ability, needs, and goals
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable guest service
- Process rental and retail transactions using Lightspeed and Checkfront POS systems
- Support retail sales, merchandising, and shop presentation
- Keep rental equipment and work areas organized
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop
- Work with the team to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods

No previous ski, snowboard,



or bike industry experience is required — full training and product knowledge sessions are provided.

Nice to Have

- Previous rental or retail experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of ski, snowboard, or bike equipment
- A passion for skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, or the Whistler lifestyle

- Full-time positions available
- Approximately 30–40 hours per week
- Morning, afternoon, and split shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
- In-person position in Whistler Village

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
