Responsibilities

- Develop and implement engaging activities that promote social skills, teamwork, and personal growth among youth participants
- Provide mentorship and guidance tailored to the individual needs of children and young people
- Support youth with disabilities by adapting activities and providing necessary accommodations to ensure inclusive participation
- Foster a positive environment that encourages open communication, respect, and mutual understanding
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community organizations to support the holistic development of youth




- Assist in planning educational workshops, recreational outings, and skill-building sessions aligned with program goals
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of participant engagement and development

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in educational or community settings is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities, including understanding of accommodations and inclusive practices
- Background in teaching or facilitating learning activities that promote skill development and personal growth
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with youth from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to remain energetic, patient, and adaptable in dynamic environments

Pay: $18.43-$31.51 per hour
