Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Crew at Wendy's in Quesnel, BC. Especially to cover Grill position and Sandwich maker.

As a Wendy's Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant.

Evening and weekend shifts available. Looking for Full-time and Part-Time Crew members.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Operate cash register and handle transactions with accuracy
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to upsell menu items and provide excellent customer service




- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards in the food industry
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures and operating a cash register
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
