Role Overview
The Onsite Operations Lead Hand is the primary onsite owner and functional lead for our high-volume flagship locations. Spending 90%+ of your time directly on the floor, you will execute active merchandising, cleaning, and inventory restocking across multiple high-capacity and high-volume break rooms. You will keep machines 100% operational, maintain immaculate presentation, audit quality, and act as the first line of equipment triage and coaching. You will coordinate for field technicians, support and serve staff as a primary contact staff on-site. You are accountable for the overall standard of the site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Onsite Operations & Merchandising (Primary Focus)
- Inventory & Stocking: Receive shipments, restock micro-markets, vending units, and satellite break rooms across multi-level facilities using our internal mobile app.
- Product Integrity: Conduct daily expiry date checks, ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO),
and execute "Food as Fashion" standards (clean, fully stocked, front-facing presentation).
- Equipment Upkeep: Clean, sanitize, perform daily maintenance, and restock all coffee machines floor-by-floor (all break rooms: satellites and main).
- Equipment Triage - Fixt-it-First-Time : Conduct basic first-line troubleshooting on malfunctioning assets, test units before leaving, and log real-time maintenance requests via mobile app.
2. Operational Oversight & Client Escalation
- Site Coordination: Act as the first line of incident escalation and direct point of contact for client management. Arrange team shift coverage and coordinate with regional management to resolve root-cause issues.
- Coaching & Quality Control: Conduct regular field inspections via company apps to enforce operational standards, mentor team members, and train new staff on operational processes.
- Operational Escalation: Coordinate shift arrangements, flag inventory discrepancies, report pricing or warehouse errors, and collaborate with Central Operations to solve root-cause issues.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce Loyalty Markets safety standards, food safety protocols, and client site rules.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior food service,
restaurant, or vending/canteen exposure
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging directly with site management and client employee
- An organized, structured, and proactive problem solver with a "fix-it-first" mindset
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
- Proficient in using mobile applications for inventory management, asset tracking, and audit reporting.
Physical Capabilities
- Ale to walk extensive distances across multi-floor multi-breakroom facilities
- Able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Able to bend and reach
Clearance
- Clean Criminal Record Check (standard check required post-offer)
