Scope of Work

- Interior demolition and debris removal
- Painting, drywall repairs, patching, mudding, and touch-ups
- Cabinet installation and replacement
- Tile installation, including backsplashes and tub surrounds
- General carpentry, finishing, and turnover repairs
- Preparation of units for incoming residents

Requirements

- Must operate as an Independent Contractor
- Registered business with a valid GST/HST number
- Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance
- Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
- Own vehicle, tools,



and equipment
- Experience in residential renovations and apartment turnovers
- Ability to complete a wide range of renovation tasks independently
