Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our accounting processes. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while driving strategic financial planning. As a key member of our leadership team, the Controller will foster a culture of accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement to support our organizational growth and stability.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensure accurate account reconciliation and conduct thorough account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Maintain and optimize accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant tools to streamline financial processes.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.




- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
- Supervise finance staff, providing guidance on best practices in accounting procedures and software usage.

Skills

- Extensive experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other ERP systems.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.
- Skilled in budgeting, financial analysis, and variance analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform complex account analysis accurately.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate finance team members.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaborating across departments and presenting financial insights clearly.

Pay: $93,588.32-$178,945.94 per year
