Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Barista with a passion for both coffee and wine. This role is based in our bottle shop, where wine knowledge is essential alongside strong barista skills. The position also includes conducting wine tastings for customers.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
- Recommend and sell wines with confidence and knowledge
- Conduct wine tastings and educate customers on selections
- Manage and maintain inventory
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support daily shop operations
- Occasionally work weekends

Requirements





- Barista experience required
- WSET Level 2 (preferred) or strong wine knowledge
- Valid Smart Serve certification (required)
- English required; Portuguese an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable leading wine tastings and speaking with customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and team-oriented
