This iconic and emblematic hotel in Montreal was completely renovated in 2021, with 36 floors, 614 rooms, 13 suites, 25 meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 1000 customers. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in all activities related to sales management and client satisfaction. You will play an essential role in coordinating sales efforts, primarily from an administrative perspective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist managers with their day-to-day activities.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Enter and update information in management systems and databases.
- Prepare regular reports on the activities and results of the Sales Department.
- Perform any other administrative duties required to support the objectives of the Sales Department.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel’s products and services, as well as industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in a sales support role. Experience in the hospitality industry is not required but is considered an asset and would contribute to a better understanding of the role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously,



and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, is required, as we serve an international clientele.
- Knowledge of relevant software is considered an asset: Word, Excel, Outlook, CI/TY, and Social Tables.
