Job Title: High-Performance Carpenter – Residential Restoration

What You’ll Do:

- Take full responsibility for carpentry components of residential restoration projects from start to finish
- Diagnose issues quickly and implement effective, long-lasting solutions
- Execute both rough and finish carpentry at a high level (framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, repairs)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and skilled job site—especially in occupied homes
- Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and team members
- Anticipate challenges, manage your time effectively, and keep projects moving forward
- Uphold and exceed company quality and safety standards on every job

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience, with a strong focus on residential restoration or renovation
- Advanced skills in both rough and finish carpentry
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices and building codes
- Proven ability to work independently without supervision
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bonus Points For:

- Experience with insurance restoration (fire, flood, emergency repairs)
- Leadership experience or mentoring junior carpenters
- Safety certifications (First Aid, WHMIS, etc.)

Performance Expectations:

- Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship with minimal rework

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
