Top Roof and Exteriors Inc. is hiring Roofing Labourers for commercial flat roofing projects. We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who want steady, year-round work and the opportunity to grow in the trade.

Responsibilities

- Assist with installation of flat roofing systems (SBS, TPO, EPDM, BUR)
- Load materials, set up equipment, and support the crew
- Perform tear-offs and roof prep
- Maintain a clean and protected job site
- Work outdoors in all conditions

Requirements

- Roofing or construction experience is an asset
- Physically fit | demanding work
- Comfortable working at heights
- Reliable and punctual
- Team player with a good attitude
- Valid Driver’s license
