We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience from the moment guests arrive.
The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to ensure an efficient flow of service and optimize table turnover.
- Answer phone calls professionally and assist guests with inquiries and reservations.
- Assist with takeout orders and provide friendly, productive service to customers.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to help ensure smooth service.
- Monitor the dining room and assist with maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
- Keep the host/hostess station clean, organized, and well maintained.
- Manage guest wait times and communicate accurate information regarding table availability.
- Assist with coordinating seating arrangements during busy periods.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service throughout the guest experience.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the restaurant team.

- Flexible availability is required.
- Strong availability for evening shifts is an important requirement for this position.
- Weekend availability is also preferred.
Schedule & Availability
This is a flexible, part-time position with shifts primarily during evenings and weekends.
Candidates must have evening availability and be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs. Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
