Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Park Manager to manage the operations of both Aspen Place and Pinewood Manufactured Home Park in Chetwynd. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming workplace for residents.

Key Responsibilities

- Commuinicate with residents and respond to questions, concerns and complaints
- Follow up on rent payments and maintain accurate payment records
- Assist with RV bookings, tenant applications and new tenant move-ins
- Prepare and deliver park notices and newsletters
- Plow snow, grade road, sand road, manage water and sewer facilities, cut grass
- Adminitrative work

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

- Patient, respectful and professional when dealing with residents
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computers, email and online recordkeeping systems
- Able to operate skidsteer
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred

Compensation

- Monthly basic salary starts at $3500,



depending on experience and the final scope of duties
- Plus extra payment for grass cutting and other physical maintenance or repair
- Plus project payment for larger approved repair, renovation or improvement projects
- Business-related supplies and approved expenses will be reimbursed
