Job Summary

We are seeking an early morning

energetic and detail-oriented assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth by workflow within our team. Duties

- Assist with cake decorating and food presentation to ensure visually appealing products that delight customers
- Support food preparation activities, including baking, cooking, and packaging of baked goods and other menu items
- Maintain high standards of food safety and handling protocols in accordance with industry regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Help with kitchen organization, including inventory management and cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards




- Assist with food industry-specific tasks such as portioning, garnishing, and quality control checks
- Support the team in food packaging for takeout or delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation

Qualifications

- Previous bakery experience or familiarity with food preparation and customer service preferred
- Skilled in cake decorating and baking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and food industry practices
- Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, food presentation, and customer interaction
