Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) – Desjardins Agency

We're growing our team and looking for a licensed, Spanish-speaking insurance professional to help us better serve our diverse client base.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll manage an existing book of clients — handling policy servicing, renewals, and sales for auto, home, life, and business insurance. You'll be a key point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they get the same high level of service we're known for.

Responsibilities

- Service and grow an existing client book (policy changes, renewals, quotes)
- Provide sales and cross-selling of auto, home, life, and business insurance products
- Process applications, claims guidance, and payment follow-ups
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive, personalized service
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem solving and client engagement

Requirements





- OTL (Other than Life) license — required
- LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) — preferred
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred) and English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Insurance experience an asset but not required for the right candidate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
