We're currently hiring a Sales Representative for our Fleetwood location in Surrey. We’re looking for high-energy individuals who are ready to turn their passion for fitness and people into a rewarding career.

What You'll Do:
✔ Greet and support all members with exceptional customer service
✔ Connect with prospects and guide them through the sales journey from first contact to membership sign-up
✔ Give engaging tours of the facility and follow up on online leads and referrals
✔ Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
✔ Maintain prompt,
qualified communication—by phone, email, or in-person
✔ Present daily sales reports to management
✔ Stay knowledgeable about our club, company, and membership offerings
✔ Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced setting
- Prior gym or fitness industry experience is an asset
- Evening and Weekend availability is required

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
