We are seeking people that are looking to become a class 5 driving instructor. We will provide PAID training. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, protected, and professional driver training to students preparing for their Class 5 road test and independent driving.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide in-car driving instruction to Class 5 learner and novice drivers
- Teach defensive driving techniques, road safety, and traffic regulations
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare students for road tests through structured lesson plans
- Maintain accurate lesson records and student evaluations
- Ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness at all times
- Promote a calm, supportive, and professional learning environment

Work Schedule

Schedule will be determined during the interview process:

- Weekdays (Monday–Friday): 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM




- Weekends (Saturday–Sunday): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Typical schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

Requirements

- Valid Class 5 Driving Instructor License from ICBC
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, reliable, and safety-focused approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- You will be asked to sign a 2 year contract to offset the cost of the training

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful candidates must provide:

- Driver’s Abstract
- Criminal Record Check
- Medical Clearance

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
