## Overview
We are seeking a Roofer/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual with experience in construction and roofing.
## Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and repair of sloped roofs
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment
- Use hand tools to cut, shape, and fit materials
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute roofing projects
- Work alongside carpenters to build and repair roof structures
- Apply caulking and other sealants as needed
## Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of roofing techniques and materials is a plus
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Maintenance Person skills are beneficial for this position
