We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for General Labour – Cannabis positions with one of our valued clients in Leamington, Ontario.

As part of the production team, you'll assist with a variety of duties including packaging, labeling, product inspection, sanitation, and quality control. This position is ideal for individuals who work well in a structured environment, pay close attention to detail, and are comfortable completing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

We're looking for candidates who bring reliability, strong attendance, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

- Package, label, inspect, and prepare cannabis products according to company procedures and applicable Health Canada requirements
- Inspect products and packaging for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality
- Prepare packaging materials and production supplies for daily operations
- Verify labels, product information, and batch documentation
- Perform general labour and repetitive production tasks throughout the shift
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPP)
- Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, workstations, and surrounding areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready workspace
- Properly wear and use all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist with packaging,



inspection, sanitation, quality control, and other production duties as needed
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and quality expectations

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in general labour, manufacturing, production, packaging, food production, or cannabis manufacturing is considered an asset
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and perform a variety of production duties
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and production procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and repetitive production environment
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable wearing required PPE, including masks, respirators, gloves, hairnets, and hearing protection
- Robust English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Reliable transportation is required,



as the Leamington facility is not accessible by public transit
- Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check
- Previous cannabis industry experience is considered an asset; however, candidates with transferable manufacturing or production experience are encouraged to apply
