Turtle Bay IDA Pharmacy is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Full time Retail Store Manager to join our team.

The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day retail operations of the store while leading, motivating, and developing our team. You will play an important role in driving sales, maintaining excellent merchandising standards, managing inventory, and ensuring our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to help meet or exceed store targets
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees to build a strong and successful team
- Create employee schedules and manage daily staffing needs
- Conduct team meetings, communicate goals, and provide ongoing feedback and support
- Oversee inventory purchasing, receiving, pricing, merchandising, and inventory control
- Maintain attractive product displays and a high standard of store presentation
- Oversee cash handling, cashiering procedures, and daily cash reconciliation
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, returns, inventory management, and reporting
- Assist with payroll, bookkeeping, and other administrative responsibilities
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed
- Foster a positive,



respectful, and collaborative workplace culture

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, inventory management, and store operations
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Experience with payroll and bookkeeping is an asset
- Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills are an asset
- Open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in a drugstore or pharmacy retail environment is preferred.
