About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer (G2) to take charge of a 2–3 person installation crew. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with clients, and sets the standard on every job.

- Guaranteed full-time hours mean company provided top up wage subsidy, to ensure an equivalent of 80 hours at standard pay per pay period (after probationary period)
- Company van and use of company tools
- Strong support team

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading residential HVAC installations including furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, boilers, air handlers, and water heaters
- Ensure all installs meet Donaldson Home Services’ high quality and safety standards
- Dispatch efficiently throughout London and surrounding areas in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners on-site
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and presentable company vehicle
- Use mobile devices to complete job documentation and collect payment
- Work collaboratively with your crew to deliver a 5-star client experience

What We’re Looking For (Required):

- G2 Gas License
- Valid Driver’s License
- 313D License (Preferred)
- ODP Certificate
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Own basic hand tools

Assets (Nice to Have):

- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Client-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal communication
- Residing in or near London, Ontario
