SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our team. This is an opportunity for a proven automotive professional who understands the importance of exceptional customer service, strong communication, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the customer experience from appointment booking through vehicle delivery
- Build lasting customer relationships through trust, transparency, and professional communication
- Greet customers, understand their concerns, and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs
- Review vehicle history and inspection results to identify service opportunities
- Clearly communicate customer concerns to technicians and explain recommended repairs to customers
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Prepare, review, and close repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Review completed work for accuracy, pricing, and quality before vehicle delivery
- Process warranty claims and assist customers with available payment options
- Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to maintain an efficient workflow
- Help maximize technician productivity and shop efficiency
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions
- Support the Service Manager and contribute to a positive, high-performing service department

The Ideal Candidate





- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience
- Robust knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confident, professional, and comfortable recommending services
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive service sales
- Self-motivated, accountable, and committed to delivering results
- Professional appearance and attitude
