Child Care at The Learning Enrichment Foundation:

We’ve rediscovered joy!

The past three years have been challenging for everyone in the childcare sector. At LEF, we’ve focused on finding joy again by:

· Embracing outdoor play

· Adopting a Seasonal Pedagogy inspired by Indigenous knowledge

· Sharing our experiences and insights

· Conducting academic research on children’s resilience

Above all, we find joy in watching children grow and thrive, and in creating opportunities for Educators to share knowledge both within their centers and across our organization.

LEF is more than just a childcare provider—we are innovative, entrepreneurial, and deeply responsive to the needs of our community. We honor the vital work of Educators, who, alongside families, help build the foundation for resilience, learning, and adaptability in an ever-changing world.
