We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Production Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on position that involves product preparation, sanitation, and maintaining a clean and safe production environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, able to work independently, and committed to following established quality, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Perform production procedures throughout the facility in accordance with guidelines
- established by the Quality Assurance (QA) department.
- Help maintain and promote a clean, organized, and safe working environment for all staff.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of production activities.
- Accurately measure and prepare product ingredients as required.
- Perform sanitation duties throughout the production area.
- Safely lift and handle bags weighing up to 25 kg (50 lbs).
- Remain standing and active for extended periods throughout the shift.

Necessary Skills

- Ability to be self-directed, work independently,



and make appropriate decisions when required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a commitment to company goals.
- Previous food handling experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
