Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver/Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team. This role involves managing shipping and receiving operations, stocking inventory, and supporting warehouse distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, order fulfillment, and operating various material handling equipment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting e-commerce and distribution activities with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Duties

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Manage stock levels through inventory control procedures including stocking and replenishment
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all warehouse operations
- Work with air cargo crew to prepare product for flights
- Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required




- Ability to work in cold environment

Requirements

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or related fields preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely (certification preferred)
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order calculations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and stock management
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely and stand for extended periods during shift hours
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively

This position is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate shipping & receiving processes, and supporting overall supply chain effectiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
