Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Superintendent to lead our construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations in office, coordinate teams, ensure project timelines are met, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving project success while maintaining budget control and compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications
- Supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and labor crews to foster a productive and secure work environment
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth execution
- Monitor quality control processes to ensure adherence to project standards and client expectations
- Oversee project budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation to stay within financial targets




- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6 for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential issues early

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in large-scale construction projects with a strong understanding of construction processes
- Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar tools
- Expertise in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations within the construction industry
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with construction scheduling techniques and project planning methodologies

Pay: $67,889.45-$148,253.17 per year
