Oak Bluff Outlet is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the cash register and handle cash and electronic payments
- Keep the sales floor, checkout area, and displays clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, and organizing merchandise
- Help maintain an attractive and welcoming store environment
- Work collaboratively with other team members and management
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the daily operation of the outlet

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

- Have strong customer service and communication skills
- Be friendly, approachable, and professional
- Enjoy working with the public and as part of a team
- Be dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Be able to work independently and take initiative




- Have good organizational and time-management skills
- Be comfortable handling cash and processing transactions
- Be able to stand and remain active for extended periods
- Be able to lift and move merchandise as required
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
