Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages with precision and care, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and providing correct change using basic math skills
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all food preparation and service areas, following health regulations
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




- Support kitchen staff with food handling tasks as needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, and cash handling techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash transactions
- Kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
