Route Service Representative – 4-Day Workweek

Pay: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, permanent | Tuesday to Friday | Four 10-hour shifts
Location: Langley, BC

About the Role

Executive Mat Service is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Route Service Representative to service an established group of commercial customers throughout the Lower Mainland.

This is a hands-on route service position that combines customer service, commercial floor mat replacement, product delivery and route driving.

Driving is one part of the role, but this is not a driving-only position. A large portion of the day is spent entering customer locations, removing used floor mats, carrying and installing clean replacement mats, delivering facility products and ensuring each customer receives accurate and professional service.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, following an established schedule and building positive relationships with customers.

What You Will Do

- Review your daily route and customer service instructions.
- Inspect and properly load your company vehicle before leaving the branch.
- Drive an established route between commercial customer locations.
- Remove used commercial floor mats and install clean replacement mats.
- Deliver janitorial supplies and other facility-service products.
- Confirm that products, quantities and placement are accurate.
- Communicate professionally with customers and respond to service requests.
- Record completed services, product changes and customer information.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe company vehicle.
- Follow company driving,



safety and service procedures.
- Work cooperatively with the service, warehouse and office teams.

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires regular physical work throughout a 10-hour shift.

Candidates must be able to:

- Regularly lift, carry, roll and place floor mats weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Bend, reach, push, pull and carry products throughout the workday.
- Frequently enter and exit the service vehicle.
- Move products through commercial entrances, hallways and occasional stairs.
- Work indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Safely perform the essential duties of the position throughout the scheduled shift.

What We Are Looking For

- Valid, unrestricted Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Acceptable driver’s abstract and eligibility under the company’s vehicle insurance.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Professional communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow route instructions and maintain accurate service records.
- Ability to work independently and manage an established schedule.




- Comfortable performing regular physical work throughout the day.
- Previous route service, delivery, warehouse, moving, landscaping, construction or customer-service experience is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.

Previous route experience is not required. We are prepared to train the right person who demonstrates reliability, physical capability and a robust customer-service attitude.
