Trailwood Enterprises, a subsidiary of RJames Management Group Ltd., manages full-service and rent-to-own leases for commercial trucks and trailers, with a fleet of nearly 900 pieces of equipment.

Our team supports a large commercial fleet in a hands-on, safety-focused environment. This role is well suited to someone who takes pride in reliable work, organized inventory practices, and keeping equipment ready for the road.

We are seeking a self-motivated maintenance coordinator to manage incoming work orders and process through our software system. To manage CPWA warranty claims, review and submit for reimbursement. And to generally support and provide back up to our fleet maintenance manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming work requests and issue PO’s daily
- Convert POs to work orders and issue chargeback invoices where necessary
- Review and process CWPA warranty claims for Western Star trucks
- Work with tire technician to enter tire inventory counts and purchase orders for recent tire purchases,



invoice tires as necessary
- Back up and support fleet manager and maintenance administrator as necessary
- Work and communicate with customers, team members and vendors in a timely and professional manner, helping to address any concerns

Qualifications and Experience

- Prior heavy truck service department experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
