We support organizations in their digital transformation initiatives, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data management, and IT service management projects.

We are currently seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect Advisor to contribute to governance, integration, and evolution initiatives related to the Enterprise Architect repository within a major Quebec government ministry.

This is a strategic opportunity to help define and enhance enterprise architecture practices in a large-scale and complex environment.

Your Role

- Participate in the governance of the Enterprise Architect repository.
- Support teams in the use and evolution of the platform.
- Contribute to the integration of enterprise architecture practices.
- Develop and implement governance strategies.
- Produce and maintain reporting structures.
- Design and deliver training sessions for users.
- Provide guidance and support to various stakeholders.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of architecture processes and practices.

✅ Required Profile

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture or IT solution architecture.
- Proven experience in two Enterprise Architect implementation or support projects completed within the last 10 years.
- Experience with at least one project using the ArchiMate modeling language.




- Experience with at least one project carried out within a government ministry or a comparable large public-sector organization.
- Minimum contribution of 240 person-days per project.

- Strong expertise with Enterprise Architect (Sparx Systems).
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture practices.
- Proficiency in ArchiMate modeling.
- Experience in architecture governance and enterprise repository management.
- Strong communication, knowledge transfer, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.
