Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance web applications using front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, ensuring engaging and responsive user interfaces.
- Build and maintain server-side components utilizing languages like Java, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, or C++, adhering to best practices in application development.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate efficient communication between different software components.
- Manage database systems including SQL-based solutions like MySQL and SQL Server, as well as NoSQL options when appropriate, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Collaborate within Agile teams to plan sprints, review progress, and deliver high-quality code efficiently using version control tools such as GitHub, SVN, Git, or Azure DevOps.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, leveraging their services for scalability and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, perform testing,



and troubleshoot issues across Linux and Windows environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality while maintaining security standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in software development to recommend innovative solutions that improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in full stack web development with a strong command of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and at least one back-end language such as Java, C#, Python or Ruby on Rails.
- Solid understanding of SQL databases including MySQL or similar systems; experience with database design and optimization is preferred.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and integration techniques.
- Hands-on experience deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure; knowledge of cloud services such as EC2, S3, or Azure App Services is advantageous.
- Proficiency with version control systems including GitHub, SVN or similar tools for collaborative development.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management and team collaboration.
- Experience working in Linux environments along with familiarity with application deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts clearly.

Pay: $61,191.92-$142,039.41 per year
