Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Security Film Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality security films on commercial and residential glass surfaces to enhance safety, security, and energy efficiency. Your expertise will help protect property and occupants while contributing to the overall aesthetic and functional integrity of our clients’ buildings. Responsibilities

- Measure and prepare glass surfaces for film installation using hand tools and precise techniques
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and installation instructions to ensure accurate application
- Clean, prep, and condition glass surfaces by removing debris, old film, or contaminants through caulking, scraping, or other methods
- Apply security film smoothly and securely, ensuring no bubbles or imperfections remain
- Use construction tools such as knives, squeegees, and cutting devices to trim film accurately
- Conduct quality checks post-installation to verify proper adhesion and finish




- Assist with related restoration or construction tasks like minor carpentry or painting as needed to support project completion

Qualifications

- Proven experience with hand tools, construction projects, or similar installation work
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for precise application planning
- Familiarity with caulking, sealing techniques, and surface preparation methods
- Basic understanding of construction processes including carpentry, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, or tile laying is a plus
- Solid attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces when required
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques
