What You’ll Do

As a Winery Experience Associate, you are the face of Marynissen. You’ll guide guests through an experience that feels personal, engaging with each group to discover new or most loved wines.

In this position you will:

- Welcome and host guests in the tasting room and on the patio
- Lead engaging tastings and share the story behind our wines
- Build genuine connections that create comfort and confidence in purchasing
- Thoughtfully recommend wines, wine club memberships, and featured products
- Adapt your approach to different types of guests (from casual visitors to wine enthusiasts)
- Support a smooth, high-energy service flow during busy periods
- Participate in daily processing of sales (Square POS)
- Create a safe,



inclusive workplace
- Assist with retail operations including order processing, stocking, and cleaning
- Work events both on-site and off-site
- Pack and ship online orders
- Other duties and tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

- A natural people person who enjoys conversation and connection
- Positive, team-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
- Confident in guiding guests toward purchases
- Eager to learn about wine. No prior wine experience required, though it is an asset
- Previous experience in winery, hospitality, retail, or customer service is an asset
- Passion for wine (Ontario wine knowledge an asset)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Candidates with reliable transportation

Requirements

- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for weekdays, weekends, and peak summer periods
