Position: Window and Door Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot problems related to windows and doors.

- Perform glass replacements, hardware replacements, and change door slabs.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are satisfied with our work.

-Reporting on our mobile service forms on each call

-Ordering parts required for return calls

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in window and door installation or a background in construction is an asset.

- Ability to work independently and self-drive to various locations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent customer service skills.

**Work Environment:**

- Candidates should be comfortable being away for five to six days at a time.

- Role involves lots of driving; a valid driver’s license is required.





-Being able to work off a ladder if required
