Landscape Operations Manager

Greenview Landscape Inc. – Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario
Full-time | $25-35 per hour, based on experience

Greenview Landscape Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day landscaping and property maintenance operations.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage multiple crews, organize schedules, maintain quality standards, and solve problems as they arise. The successful candidate will primarily oversee operations but must also be willing to assist with landscaping, property maintenance, and snow removal when required.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily schedules, crews, equipment, and materials
- Supervise landscaping, lawn maintenance, gardening, and seasonal cleanup teams
- Provide crews with clear instructions and ensure work is completed efficiently
- Visit job sites to monitor workmanship and quality
- Train, support, and hold team members accountable
- Communicate with customers and address on-site concerns professionally
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and report repair needs
- Track job progress, employee hours, and completed work
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee performance
- Help improve company procedures, productivity, and organization
- Support snow removal operations during the winter
- Perform fieldwork or operate equipment when additional help is needed





Qualifications

- Experience in landscaping, property maintenance, construction, or a related industry
- Previous experience supervising crews or managing field operations
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage changing schedules and multiple priorities
- Valuable knowledge of landscaping equipment and safe work practices
- Comfortable using scheduling, time-tracking, and communication software
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Able to perform physical outdoor work when required
- Reliable transportation to our Niagara-on-the-Lake shop
- Snow removal and equipment operating experience are considered strong assets
