Overview of Role and Responsibilities

Advantage Tree Care is seeking an experienced Arborist to join our crew. The position is a lead climber role and you would be responsible for leading a crew of 2-3 people. We service all over Greater Victoria and sometimes the Gulf Islands.

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an arborist
- Experience as a crew lead, is preferable but not essential
- Licence to drive airbrakes, is preferable but not essential (open to paying for training)

Personal Skills

- Positive, optimistic attitude is essential to the role and culture of the business
- Comfortable communicating with general public and cooperating with clients and client needs
- Active listening and communication skills
- Will consider sponsorship of overseas applicants

Salary & Benefits

- Starting at $35+ per hour based on experience. After 3 month probation period, you will have a pay and performance review
