We currently have Assistant and/or Cashier positions available to ideal candidates. Both Full-time and Part-time positions who can work in our Richmond store and our Robson downtown store are available now. Solid on-the-job training will be provided.

Job Summary

The Assistant is responsible for ensuring our customers’ needs are met through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Greet, assist and engage customers.





· Complete transactions accurately to expedite the clients’ transactions.

· Help sales persons provide excellent customer service.

· Answer inquires and provide information to customers.

Qualifications and Skills

· Good communication skills.

· Be willing to learn.

· Speaking Chinese is an asset, but not required.

· Detail oriented.

· Previous Front End or Customer Service experience is preferred, but not necessary.
