Position Overview:
The Senior Branch Manager is responsible for leading the team, overseeing daily spa operations, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and achieving sales and business objectives. The role also supports and coordinates pre-opening activities for new locations, working with Head Office to ensure the team, facility, systems, supplies, and operational requirements are ready for launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead one-on-one and team meetings to establish daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Communicate roles, performance expectations, service standards, and company policies.
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop employees.
- Train and support staff in services, products, programs, and sales.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and address performance concerns in accordance with company policies.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, facility readiness, and equipment.
- Optimize room utilization, staff capacity, and operational resources.
- Set and monitor service, retail, and operational targets.
- Manage inventory and coordinate purchasing of products, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate essential facility services, including laundry and waste management.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, health, safety, and operational standards.
HR and Administrative Duties:
- Verify employee credentials, certifications, licences, and required documentation.
- Manage attendance, scheduling, and payroll submissions.
- Maintain accurate employee and client records.
- Complete required reports, forms, and documentation for Head Office.
- Ensure branch practices comply with company policies and applicable requirements.
Guest Experience & Sales
- Maintain a high standard of guest service and professionalism.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Support appointment booking and actively participate in sales activities.
- Lead the team in achieving targets for rebooking, retail, memberships, packages, and enhancements.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
Pre-Opening & Launch Support
- Support and coordinate assigned pre-opening activities for current locations.
- Coordinate with Head Office and relevant departments on recruitment, training, scheduling, inventory, supplies, equipment, systems, and operational setup.
- Track assigned launch requirements and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Help prepare the team, facility, and operations for a successful opening.
Financial & Business Management
- Monitor budgets, expenses, purchasing, and operational costs.
- Maintain cost control while ensuring the branch has the resources needed for effective operations.
- Monitor sales and operational KPIs and take action to achieve business targets.
- Support local marketing, promotional activities, and business development initiatives as assigned.
Continuous Learning
- Participate in company training and relevant continuing education.
- Stay current with industry practices and identify opportunities to improve team performance, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
