As our Accounts Payable Invoice Processing Specialist, you'll work closely with Purchasing, Logistics, Distribution, and Finance to ensure inventory and freight invoices are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, build strong cross-functional relationships, and contribute to continuous process improvements in a rapid-paced environment.

What You'll Do

- Process, validate, and reconcile inventory and freight invoices.
- Perform 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices to purchase orders, receipts, and contracts.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Verify account coding, taxes, and cost allocations.




- Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.
- Support month-end activities, reconciliations, audits, and continuous process improvements.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Inventory Accounting, Freight Audit, Logistics Finance, or Procure-to-Pay.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Friedman, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bilingual in English and French; Spanish is an asset.
